South Korea 4 - 0 Honduras

Two goals in each half saw South Korea comfortably ease past Honduras in Seoul.

Lee Jung-soo and Kim Jung-woo struck in the first period as Cho Kwang-rae's men took control before Park Chu-young and Lee Keun-ho put the icing on the cake late in the second half to ensure that Luis Fernando Suarez's first match in charge of Honduras proved an unfortunate experience.

It was an impressive performance from the Asian team who carried on where they left off at January's AFC Asian Cup.

Lee Jung-soo opened the scoring two minutes before the half-hour. The Qatar-based defender took advantage of lax Honduran marking to side-foot a corner into the net.

As the first half drew to a close, Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-yung broke down the right and his low cross was helped on by Park into the path of Kim, who slotted home from inside the area.

South Korea continued to push forward after the break and were rewarded eight minutes from the end when Ji Dong-won's cross found Park unmarked on the edge of the six-yard box and the Monaco marksman headed into the bottom corner.

Substitute striker Lee Keun-ho headed home a corner on the stroke of full-time to complete the scoring.
